1.1Scope of Agreement

7up7 is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all services on the platform — slots, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and all other gaming services. By opening an account on this platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood all terms of this Agreement.

7up7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1.2Applicable Law

Any disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the local laws of their own country when using the platform. 7up7 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment.

2.1Age Requirement & Eligibility

The minimum age to use the 7up7 platform is 21. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use any service on the platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Each user may open only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person's name is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

2.2Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false, misleading, or another person's information is strictly prohibited. 7up7 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time — such as a copy of a national ID or passport.

The mobile number and email address provided on the account must remain active, as important notifications and verification codes will be sent through those channels.

2.3Account Verification (KYC)

7up7 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. Identity verification may be requested before a withdrawal or when a specified amount is exceeded. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not completed. This process is carried out to protect users and to prevent money laundering.

3.1Password & Login Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Sharing your password or account with anyone is prohibited. You are advised not to use easily guessable passwords (such as a date of birth or phone number). Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2Unauthorized Access

4.1Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 7up7 is ৳200. The following payment methods are accepted:

4.2Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

The payment method used for a withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for the deposit. 7up7 follows anti-money laundering policies and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

4.3Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply. Any bank charges or mobile banking charges are to be borne by the user.

5.1Welcome Bonus

7up7 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

Wagering requirements apply to the bonus. You must wager 10 times the bonus amount — meaning if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.2General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the offer details. The general rules are outlined below:

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — see the offer details.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
• 7up7 reserves the right to cancel a bonus without reason if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within a specified period — the bonus will be cancelled if it expires.

5.3VIP & Cashback Program

7up7 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback benefits vary by tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Terms for additional VIP tier benefits will be communicated separately.

6.1Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface or the help section. 7up7 provides games powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures completely random and impartial outcomes.

Live casino games are played with real dealers and their outcomes are determined entirely independently. If the outcome of a game round is unclear due to a technical error, 7up7 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.

6.2Technical Issues

7up7 bears limited liability for losses caused by server outages, internet disconnection, or other technical issues. If an incorrect credit or incorrect bonus is displayed on an account due to a technical error, 7up7 reserves the right to correct it.

7.1Fraud & Manipulation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7up7 platform:

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus rules.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Opening an account using a fraudulent identity.
• Attempting to illegally recover funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

8.1Copyright & Trademark

All content on the 7up7 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases — is the intellectual property of 7up7 or its partners. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

You are permitted to use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that 7up7 is credited as the source.

9.1Disclaimer

The 7up7 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous service, 7up7 is not liable for the following:

• Service interruptions due to server maintenance or technical reasons.
• Losses caused by the user's internet connection issues.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment gateways.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses from gaming — gaming always carries financial risk.

9.2Third-Party Liability

The 7up7 platform hosts games from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.). The respective provider is responsible for any technical issues with those games. 7up7 acts as an intermediary and will make every reasonable effort to reach a resolution.

10.1Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 7up7 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

10.2Closure Initiated by the Platform

In cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, false information, or any other misconduct, 7up7 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
